Retail Urban Development Wins SAR 5.2 Billion Residential Project in Riyadh

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Retail Urban Development Company has secured a major residential development project in Riyadh, receiving the official award from the National Housing Company (NHC) for a SAR 5.20 billion contract in the Al Fursan Suburb.
The project, formally awarded on 17 November 2025, entails the development of 4,839 residential units on approximately one million square meters of land. It will feature a mix of villas and apartments alongside the creation of supporting infrastructure, aimed at delivering modern, integrated communities for Riyadh residents.
This landmark project underscores Retal’s ongoing commitment to enhancing urban living standards and contributing to the Kingdom’s ambitious housing initiatives.
Strong Financial Performance Supports Growth
In the first nine months of 2025, Retal demonstrated robust financial results, reporting net profits of SAR 211.60 million, marking a 13.51% increase year-on-year compared to SAR 186.40 million in the same period of 2024. This growth reflects the company’s solid operational performance and its expanding presence in Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector.
